Veritas Real Solutions distinguished with 3 prestigious awards

Leading property professionals from right across Europe were out in full force as the results of the European Property Awards in association with CNBC Arabiya were announced recently. Bulgaria has it’s winner as well in the following three categories: Best Leisure Development, Best Development & Best Marketing Campaign. Veritas Real Solutions Ltd (the consultant) in association with Maria Antoaneta Investment (developer) has achieved two 5* awards for Bona Dea Residence & Welness - Best Leisure Development Bulgaria, Best Development Marketing Campaign, and 4* award in Best Development category, for the same complex.


During the last three years, Veritas Real Solutions Ltd has been awarded in marketing categories, where this year the success is more than ever, adding two more categories an awards. As with all competitions there can be many entrants but only a certain number of winners and these were revealed at a gala presentation dinner at The Marriott Hotel in London’s Grosvenor Square.


The turn out was tremendous with a total of 600 guests and presenter for the evening was Des Kelly, the well-known sports columnist and former acting editor of The Daily Mirror. Supported by a host of well-respected professional bodies such as FIABCI, NAEA, NHBC and NAR to name but a few, the awards are judged by an independent team of experts in the property

The results of the CNBC Europe & Africa Property Awards 2008 have just been revealed and Veritas Real Solutions Ltd is delighted to announce that it has won an award in the category of Best Property Marketing Bulgaria for “Maria-Antoaneta Residence, Bansko, Bulgaria”. The award will be presented at a glittering gala dinner to be held at the Sheraton Park Lane Hotel in London on 27th September.

The fact that Veritas Real Solutions Ltd earned one of these coveted awards is sure proof that Bulgaria cannot only compete but also triumph within the highly competitive Europe & Africa property arena.
